I'm off the booze until January 31st and mostly keeping off it until the ride.
So far, easier than expected.
I'm on track to lose more than my target weight this week and will not buckle tomorrow, despite spending the evening in a pub with friends.
Tonight I'm aiming to cover 10 miles on the exercise bike.
have you got yourself a heart rate monitor?? it helps motivate especially when you set yourself a task to burn 500 cals a day or if youre like me, something crazy like 1000 cals/day.
