I've not been posting because there's not been much to say. It's been cold, the weather has been crap and I've had a terrible flu which I am mostly over.
The good news is that I've dropped 2 jeans sizes this year.
Today is my 3rd wedding anniversary, after which I'm back off the booze and junk food until the ride. The goal is to lose another 1.5 stone in that time.
The bikes have gone in for their service today, so the only thing left to do to them is to fit gps mounts and top spec tyres.
I start commuting by bike next week. That's 25 miles a day worth of training. We'll be aiming for at least 1 50 mile day on weekends.
