Yesterday was too busy for an update, sorry folks.... We started the day in Cambridgeshire collecting a bike for my youngest brother. Then it was a day of working out how to get things onto the bikes.
Today is set to be even bigger! The bikes are in getting a final once-over, so we're packing and working out how to take everything we need.
My brothers are due to land in Paris any minute now and will be assembling the Cannondale Bad Boy before jumping on the Eurostar to join us tomorrow morning. That's when the enormity of what we're doing will get very real, very quickly.
We have lost, somewhere in the house, my multi-tool. Today's primary mission is to find it. Then all I need is a gas canister mount and another water bottle.
I think we're ready!
